This is a unique diptych, painted in the late summer heat of Arizona, between intense desert sand storms (haboobs) and the bereavement of my stepfather passing. Its a testament to place and living on through fixed symbols with brittle material—these are fragile in their making and time. On consignment in Scottsdale, AZ.
